L'actuel TNA WHC et Champion de Dixie, Magnus a été interviewé par Sky News Radio(UK). JSO de TNAsylum nous propose un résumé de l'interview. Je vous la traduirai demain soir. Magnus y parle forcément de son titre de TNA WH, du futur de la TNA ainsi que de nombreux autres sujets:


On winning the TNA World Title:
"It feels fantastic. I think, when you work your whole life for a moment like this, you try and soak it up. Fortunately, because of the fact that it airs on Thursdays in America and it airs on Sundays in the UK, I've almost got to experience it twice. So it’s been a lot of fun, and I’m obviously thrilled and ecstatic about being the champion."

Remporter le titre TNA:
"C'est fantastique. Je pense que lorsque vous travaillez toute votre vie pour un moment comme celui-ci, vous essayez d'en profiter. Heureusement, en raison du fait qu'il est diffusée tous les jeudis en Amérique et il sera diffusé le dimanche en Grande-Bretagne, je vais pouvoir en profiter doublement. Cela fait donc beaucoup de plaisir, et je suis évidemment très heureux et ravis d'être le champion. " 


On being the first British World Champion:
"It’s funny because that’s something I never really thought about until it became close to happening. And it was because when I got to the semis of the tournament, the fans started sensing that I might be the one to win it. That was really when they started making me aware through social media and saying, ‘You’ll be the first Brit to ever win a world championship, I can feel it.’ And I never thought about it. People have been asking me, 'Did you ever think that you would be the first Brit to win the recognized world championship?' I said no because, honestly, I thought someone else would get there first, I really did. There have been so many great talents that have come out of the UK that I always assumed someone else would win a world title before I did. But the fact that hasn't happened and the fact that I’m the first, it’s a great feeling, and obviously a huge honor."

Être le premier champion majeur de catch issu du Royaume-Uni:
"C'est amusant parce que c'est quelque chose que je n'ai jamais vraiment envisager jusqu'à ce que le moment se rapproche. Et c'est parce que lorsque je suis arrivé à la demi-finale du tournoi, les fans ont commencé à comprendre que je pourrais être celui qui allait gagner. Çà a vraiment commencé à travers les médias sociaux et en disant: 'Vous serez le premier Britannique à remporter un championnat du monde, j'en ai l'impression.'
"Et je n'y avais jamais penser. Les gens me demandent: 'Avez-vous jamais imaginé que vous seriez le premier Britannique à remporter un titre de champion majeur?' 
J'ai  répondu par la négative, parce qu'honnêtement, je pensais que quelqu'un d'autre pourrait y arriver en premier, mais je l'ai fait. Il y a eu tellement de grands talents qui sont sortis du Royaume-Uni que je me suis toujours dit que quelqu'un d'autre allait gagner un titre mondial avant moi. Mais le fait que ne s'est pas produit et le fait que je suis le premier, c'est un grand sentiment, et évidemment un honneur immense."


On being recognized as the top wrestler in the company:
"It is a great feeling, and it's something that’s hard to sink in sometimes because you think, they made me the World Champion now. That means I’m as good as I hoped I could be, you know... I’m as good as I always thought I had the capability of being, and that's a great feeling. But now the work really begins, truthfully. Now is when you really have to knuckle down and go, okay now there’s tons of pressure and there's a huge target on you. There are people waiting for you to trip and fall at every hurdle, and there are people waiting to pick up the ball if you drop it. So this is where the work really begins. Every single match, every single promo, every single interview, and every single segment has to be a home run. But I’m looking forward to it."

Faire partie des main eventers de la fédération:
"C'est un grand sentiment, et c'est quelque chose qui est parfois difficile à avaler parce que vous pensez, ils ont fait de moi le champion maintenant. Cela signifie que je suis aussi bon que je l'ai espéré, vous imaginez ... Je suis aussi bon que j'ai l'ai imaginé, et c'est un sentiment génial. Mais maintenant, le travail commence vraiment, sincèrement. Là, il faut y aller, avec énormément de pression et une cible inscrite dans le dos. Il y a des personnes attendant de vous faire trébucher, à chaque obstacle, et il y a des gens qui attendent pour saisir l'opportunité que vous pourriez donné. C'est donc maintenant que le travail commence vraiment. chaque match, chaque promo, chaque interview et chaque segment individuel doit être quelque chose de très réussi. Je suis impatient d'y être." 


On the crowd response to his return on the UK tour:
"Well, that depends on how people feel about my new association with the boss (Dixie Carter). And I think it depends entirely on who I’ll be wrestling, too. So it’ll be interesting to see. I can guarantee you that it will be one way or the other, which will make for an incredible atmosphere as always – maybe the biggest atmosphere yet. I will be proud of the fact that I’m the World Champion, that’s what I care about. Hopefully I’ll be able to say that I walked out of Wembley Arena as the World Champion. What they do is up to them. Like I said, whatever happens, it's going to be electric with the fact that a Brit is the World Champion. It's  going to be like, a very raw feeling going through that whole building, so, I can’t wait."

Comment va réagir la foule à son retour sur la tournée Britannique:
"Eh bien, cela dépend du ressenti des personnes de ma nouvelle association avec la patronne (Dixie Carter). Et je pense que cela dépend également de la personne que j'affronterai. Donc, ce sera intéressant à regarder. Je peux vous garantir d'une façon ou une, il y aura une ambiance incroyable, comme toujours -. peut-être la plus grande ambiance qui soit. Je serai fière d'être le champion du monde, c'est la seule chose qui compte. Heureusement, je serai capable de sortir de la Wembley Arena en tant que champion du monde. Les fans feront ce que bon leurs semblent. Quoi qu'il arrive, ça va être électrique car un Britannique est le champion du monde. Je suis impatient de ressentir cela."


On working with Rockstar Spud on Impact Wrestling:
"It’s great. I’m so happy for him. We have great chemistry together. I think anyone who got to see that post-match interview we did (after Final Resolution), which is available to watch on YouTube, you can see how much it means to us there. We were fired up... that’s as real an interview as you can get. We were 100% feeling it and that was just the beginning. Spud's a great talent and he really deserves his spot on the show. I promise you that you’re going to be seeing a lot more of him."

Sur sa collaboration avec Rockstar Spud lors des Impact Wrestling:
"C'est formidable. Je suis tellement heureux pour lui. Nous avons une excellente alchimie. Je pense que quiconque a pu voir notre interview d'après-match (Final Resolution), qui est disponible sur YouTube, comprendra ce que cela signifie pour nous. Nous avons fait fort ... c'est aussi réel qu'une interview que vous pouvez obtenir. Nous étions à 100% et ce n'ést que le début. Spud est un grand talent et il mérite vraiment sa place sur le show . Je vous promets que vous allez le voir bien plus souvent."


On what to expect from TNA in 2014:
"I think you’re going to see a more consistent product. I think you’re going to see the continued emergence and development of new faces, new generation mixed with the established stars and legends that we’ve always managed to do so well. But I think that you’re going to see some other talent get the chance to do what I did, which is sort of step up and come into their own... and that’s always exciting. You’ll continue to see new concepts be developed. You’ll see more of Impact365 start to take on a life of its own, and really add some additional content and value to our product. I think you’re going to see a more streamlined kind of approach. Things are going to be a slicker operation – I’m excited about the way things are going, actually."

Sur ce à quoi s'attendre de la TNA en 2014:
"Je pense que vous allez voir un produit plus uniforme. Je pense que vous allez voir l'émergence continue et le développement de nouveaux visages, une nouvelle génération mélangée avec les stars et les légendes que nous avons toujours réussi à bien vendre. Mais je pense que vous allez voir un autre talent avoir la même chance que moi, c'est-à-dire franchir des étapes, se frayant un chemin ... et c'est toujours excitant. Vous allez continuer à voir de nouveaux concepts être développé. Vous verrez l'importance des Impact365 qui ajoute vraiment du contenu, une valeur supplémentaire à notre produit. Je pense que vous allez voir une approche plus simple. Les choses seront plus lisses - Je suis heureux que le tout se déroule de cette façon."
